Mayo cake

Here is a recipe for mayo cake. Sounds gross, I know, but it is so good. Don't knock it till you try it. Really it is the same as regular cakes if you think about it...eggs and oil are in mayo and there are no eggs or oil in this cake.

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

4 Tbsp. cocoa powder

sift above ingredients in a large bowl

add 1 cup cold water and stir well

add 1 cup mayo (real mayo) and 2 tsp. vanilla and stir well

Spray 1 9x 13 pan OR 2 round pans with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 35 min for 9x13 or less for rounds.

I used the recipe on the back of the Hershey's cocoa powder for the frosting.
